Brite Technologies LLC ("we", "our", "us") built Read+ as a personal book tracking application for iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Read+ collects and stores the following data, all of which remains locally on your device:
This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Read+ offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles payment data.
Read+ does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally on the device and no data is transmitted externally, the app is safe for users of all ages.
Because Read+ stores all data locally on your device and does not collect or process personal data on any server, the app is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You maintain full control over your data at all times. Deleting the app removes all associated data from your device.
Read+ does not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Since all data remains on your device, there is nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all Read+ data at any time by deleting the app. No data persists on external servers.
